When the world gets loud,

Needing your full undivided attention,

Screaming for every cell of your body

To give in,

Remember.

Stay awake.

Open your eyes.

Open your heart.

Be love,

My Beloved.

When the world shows you visions

Of chaos,

Of hate,

Of restriction,

Remember.

Stay awake.

Open your inner vision.

Open your loving heart.

Give.

Give compassion.

Give love.

Today, sit with pen in hand and listen.

I am.

I am here.
