The Yin and the Yang

Look at the Yin Yang.

Can you see the United States in it?

So divided,

Yet see the dark within the light

The light within the darkness.

Now consider you.

Do you not see the same?

Judging yourself

Like you do others?

You see others not like you as “bad”

Yet, they have “good” inside;

You, you see yourself as “good”

Yet don’t you also have “bad”?

When you can open up

And see beyond the “good” and the “bad”

You also see All That Is.

You see Divinity in All.

And the lines blur,

And the judgement ceases,

And you stop labeling

And it is then that you know:

It is what it is.
